About the game

Grow the Baby is an idle business game about a very small founder building a toy empire from an empty wallet. A Complaint Desk is already running. Click a job to send the founder over and finish it for cash, then put the money into equipment or another business.

Crew members keep earning while you are away, and you collect that cash when you return. Toys, Goals and Home give you places to spend and grow. The slow part is choosing what to buy next.

How to play

Click or tap a job to send the founder over and complete it for cash.
Upgrade equipment or buy a business, then hire crew and assign each employee to one owned job.
Match crew specialties and promote them for better output.
Use Toys, Goals and Home to collect and expand; sound and pause are at the top.
