Terms of Use

These terms explain how you may use poki-free-games.com and its games. By playing here, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Free personal use

Every game on this site is free to play in your browser. You may play for fun, at home, at school, or during a break. You do not need to pay, sign up, or install anything. You may not sell access to the games, copy the site, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.

Games belong to their developers

The games here are made by independent developers and studios. They own the games, the art, the code, and the names. We host and link to them so you can play. Nothing on this site gives you ownership of a game or the right to reuse its files.

No warranty that every game works on every device

We try to keep games running, but we cannot promise that each one works on every phone, tablet, browser, or connection. Some games need a keyboard, a mouse, or a newer browser. Some may load slowly or stop working after an update. We provide the site as it is, without guarantees of any kind.

No cheating or abuse

Play fair. Do not use bots, scripts, or modified clients to cheat in games. Do not attack the site, try to break its security, scrape it in bulk, or overload it with traffic. Do not upload or post harmful code, and do not use the site to harass other players. We may block access if someone abuses the service.

External game content comes from third parties

Many games are loaded from servers run by their developers or other providers, not by us. That content is outside our control. We are not responsible for what those third parties do, including changes to a game, ads inside it, or problems it causes on your device. Play external games at your own risk.

The site may change or remove games

We add games, move them, and remove them. A game you like today may be gone next month, and a page may look different after an update. We may also change these terms. When we do, the new version applies from the moment it is posted here.
