About the game

Kitty Knight: Survive Till New Year is a survivor-lite about a tiny kitten knight holding out through three months of end-of-year horrors. October brings Halloween pumpkins and skeleton pipers, November sends homework swarms and deadlines, and December piles on snowmen and a winter storm. Each month has waves, an elite and a boss.

Move with WASD or the arrow keys, swing your sword at the cursor, and click again while the blade is in the golden zone to parry. Roll through charges to stay safe. Pick one of three upgrades on every level up, and spend fish on permanent upgrades and skins. The trick is timing the parry and the roll while the screen fills up.

How to play

• Move with WASD or the arrow keys. Left-click to swing your sword toward the cursor (or press J, K or Enter).
• Click again while the blade is in the golden zone at the end of the swing to parry: foes are knocked back and sparks fly back at them.
• Right-click or press Space to roll toward the cursor. Nothing can hit you mid-roll.
• Pick one of three cards on each level up. Press P or Esc to pause.
