About the game
Mosaicat gives you a grid dotted with numbers. Each number tells you how many squares its rectangle must hold, so a 6 could be a thin strip or a fat block. Your job is to fit every rectangle without overlaps until no square is left over.
Each placed rectangle colors in part of a hidden picture, like a cactus, a teapot or a small orange cat named Tuna. Wrong guesses are simply rejected, so you can poke around freely. There is no clock, and a hint button is there when a board stays stubborn.
How to play
- Press on the board and pull across the squares you want, then let go to set the rectangle in place. Touch works the same way: press, slide, lift.
- Every rectangle must hold exactly one number, and its area must match that number. Rectangles can't overlap, and every square has to end up inside one.
- A rectangle that doesn't fit is turned down with no penalty. Use the hint button to reveal one rectangle, or restart to clear the board and try the same puzzle again.
