About the game

Poofruits: Merge the Fruit is a cup-stacking puzzle. Fruits drop in one at a time, and two matching ones that touch fuse into the next size up, all the way from blueberry to watermelon. Each fruit has a face that blinks, squints when hit and grins after a merge.

Fruit rolls and shoves, so one smart drop can set off a chain that clears much of the cup. A bomb sometimes shows up and blasts a jam apart. Runs are short and a loss costs nothing, so a restart is one tap away.

How to play

• Slide your pointer across the top edge to move the fruit, then release to drop it into the cup.
• Two same fruits that touch merge into the next kind: blueberry, cherry, kumquat and on up to watermelon.
• Swipe down to throw the fruit hard into a packed pile and make a gap.
• Keep the fruit below the line near the top. Big ones go at the bottom, small ones stay up high. Tap a bomb on the pile to set it off.
