About the game
Math Crosswords is a number puzzle built like a crossword. Equations run across and down, and some cells sit empty. A number from the side panel goes into each gap, and the crossing cells make it tricky, since one number has to work in two equations at once.
Each level has exactly one solution, and the early boards are gentle. Later grids get bigger and the difficulty climbs a little at a time. There is also a daily puzzle with a streak, speed points, a leaderboard and light or dark themes.
How to play
- Pick a number from the side panel and place it in a blank square: either drag it over, or tap it and then tap the square. Tap a number you already placed to return it to the panel.
- A right equation turns green and a wrong one turns red. The level is cleared when every equation is green.
- Stuck? Tap the light bulb and it fills in one correct number for you. Fast, hint-free solves score the most.
- Start where two equations cross, because those cells have the fewest possible answers.
