About the game

Connect Associations hands you a board of mixed-up words. Several of them share a theme, and your job is to build groups of four from them. Pair two related words, keep adding matches, and the category name appears once the group is complete.

Some words start out frozen, so each correct merge chips at the ice before you can use them. A wrong pair costs one attempt. The pace is calm, there is a shuffle button, and a hint is there when a link stays hidden. Finished levels bring in coins.

How to play

• Pick two words that fit the same theme: tap one, then tap the other, or slide one word over its partner.
• Keep adding related words until the group holds four, then move on to the next category.
• Each right merge cracks the ice, so free frozen words before you count on them.
• A wrong pair uses up an attempt. Shuffle the board or take a hint when you are stuck.
