About the game

You run the reception window of a clinic after midnight. Animals line up outside, but some are fakes: an extra eye, a wrong coat color, a smile that looks too human. Compare each photo with the paperwork, then let the real patients in and refuse the rest.

Admitted animals go to a ward, where you treat them through mini-games. Between patients you run the generator, check the cages and watch the security cameras. Each shift gets darker, and something that only pretended to be a patient starts roaming the corridors. You can play solo or with up to 4 players.

How to play

• Move with WASD and look with the mouse. Press E to interact or admit a patient, R to refuse.
• Open the patient chart with F and the records log with G. Hold the right mouse button to zoom in on details.
• Use Q for the flashlight and C for coffee to go. To watch the security feeds, step up to the tablet and press E.
• On a phone, use the left stick to move, swipe on the right to look, and tap the on-screen buttons for the flashlight, magnifier and coffee.
