Word Solitaire

About the game

Word Solitaire is a card puzzle where word cards stand in for playing cards. Each level opens with a partly filled board, and you draw one card at a time from the deck.

Your goal is to finish category stacks. Place a category card first, then add all the word cards that belong to it. The thinking comes from spotting which words share a meaning, so a card that looks useless now can finish a stack later.

How to play

  • Draw cards from the deck one at a time.
  • Place a category card to open a stack.
  • Add every related word card to complete the set.
  • Click or tap a card to pick it up and place it on the board.
