About the game

Toybox: Pixel World Sandbox has no missions and no win screen. You shape a pixel world block by block, then fill it with ragdoll animals like cats, rabbits and pigs. Weapons and objects are in the mix too.

Poking at the physics is the whole point. Drop a few characters and watch them tumble, or take control of one yourself. Gather wood and crystals to craft equipment, or flip on red-versus-green bot battles and see how your setup holds up.

How to play

• Open the character-and-blocks button, pick a category and item, then click or tap to place it. Drag objects with the mouse, and drag empty space to move the camera.
• Zoom with the mouse wheel or + / -. Move with A / D or the arrow keys, jump with W, attack with Space or right click, drop an item with G.
• Crossed swords toggles bot battles, and the hammer menu crafts gear. On a phone, tap to place and use the on-screen buttons.
