About the game

Everything starts with pulling an axe out of a stone. After that, you chop trees, haul logs to the meadow truck and turn them into coins. Those coins buy better tools, a bigger backpack, more speed and even flight. Logs delivered to the village unlock buildings, and open gates lead from Oak Woods toward the Redwood Giants.

Monster dens add some danger. Their attacks are telegraphed, so you can dodge first and hit back after. Elder Tree bosses guard each forest. Online servers hold up to 8 heroes sharing the same trees, dens and bosses, and chat is limited to quick phrases.

How to play

• On desktop, move with WASD, look with the mouse, hold left click to chop, and press Shift to run and Space to jump. On a phone, use the left side to move, the right side to look, and hold CHOP.
• Walk to the meadow truck to sell logs. Press B to open the Hero Shop, or H to fly back to the truck.
• Watch for red marks on the ground: they show where a monster's blow is about to hit, so move out of the zone. Use Q for Hero Smash.
• Press O for online play and C for quick chat.
