About the game

You swing a pickaxe at eggs, then snatch whatever hatches and run it home before a guard catches you. Back at base, the animal goes into your pen and starts paying you.

Nine areas wait, starting in a quiet woodland and ending among the stars. Speed decides how far you can go, so the treadmill, trails and a sturdier pickaxe all matter. Matching animals can be merged into fresh eggs, and a giant egg shows up every half hour.

How to play

• On PC, move with WASD, jump with Space, swing with the left mouse button and look around with the right one.
• Press E to steal, open or upgrade, F for your inventory, and 1-7 to pick your pickaxe, bat or animals.
• On a phone, use the joystick to move, swipe to look, tap to swing, and hit the bottom-right buttons to jump or act.
• Carry each hatched animal back to your pen before the guard reaches you, then spend the cash on better gear.
