Mahjong Classic

About the game

Mahjong Classic is a tile-matching solitaire where you clear the field by removing pairs of chips with the same symbols. Flowers count as a pair with each other, and so do seasons. A chip can only be picked when nothing is blocking it.

Each round uses a random layout built so a solution always exists, so the same field plays differently every time. Popular layouts include Turtle, Fort, Crab, Spider, Cat and Dragon. If no pairs are left, the round is over. Undo takes back your last pair, Hint shows a pair, and Spotlight makes available chips easier to spot.

How to play

  • Click a free chip, then click its matching pair to remove both.
  • Flowers pair with flowers, seasons with seasons.
  • Blocked chips stay put until the chips on top of them are gone.
  • Use Undo, Hint or Spotlight when you get stuck.
