About the game

You play a hospital patient who builds a fighter from scratch. Duels against fellow patients and bosses feed your experience bar, and every few wins push you up a level and hand over points to spend on your stats.

Fights have a luck streak: critical hits show up at random, and the damage they deal grows with your Madness stat. Outside the ring you can try the rat race for a gamble, then spend earnings on weapons, skins and pets.

How to play

• Tap or click the on-screen buttons to pick fights, upgrade and shop.
• Win battles to gain levels, then put the new points into your character.
• Raise Madness to make your lucky critical hits land harder.
