About the game

Kaku hands you a grid with numbers scattered across it. Your job is to cut the whole board into rectangles. Every rectangle must cover exactly one number, and that number tells you how many cells the rectangle takes up.

There are 2,000 handcrafted levels spread over 4 difficulties, so you can start gentle and work upward. Daily challenges earn monthly trophies, and your IQ score climbs with each cleared puzzle. Expert boards reach 13x13 and ask for real patience. If one corner stumps you, a hint shows a single correct rectangle.

How to play

Hold the left mouse button and drag across the board to stretch a rectangle over the cells you want. On a touch screen, swipe instead.
Each rectangle needs exactly one number inside, and the cell count must equal that number.
Placed a wrong one? Tap it and it disappears.
The stage is cleared once every cell is covered with no gaps and no overlaps. Use a hint if you get stuck.
