About the game

Homeowner 3D is a first-person sim about turning run-down houses into clean, decorated homes. You pick a job on the laptop, drive over in the van, and start on the mess.

Each order mixes chores: bag the trash, mop puddles, mow the lawn, scrub surfaces, take apart old furniture, then paint walls, hang wallpaper, and lay tiles and floors. Furniture goes where the owner wants it, and photos of the finished work get rated. Pay goes toward furniture, pets, and property of your own.
