About the game

Gym Simulator Online, Escape starts with you locked inside a huge fortress. Your way out is muscle: bench press, lift kettlebells and crush dumbbells until your character grows big enough to break through the castle walls and beat every boss in the way.

Each training session makes your character visibly bigger, and the Power Points you earn boost the damage of every hit in boss fights. Trophies come from those fights. Skins, hairstyles, wings and pets from eggs change how your character looks and can speed up training.

How to play

Move with WASD or the arrow keys, and jump with Space.
Swing with the left mouse button and rotate the camera with the right mouse button.
On a phone, use the joystick to move, the jump button to jump, and tap the screen to swing.
Train to earn Power Points, spend them on skins, and use the points to hit harder when you battle bosses.
