About the game

Car Wash DIY puts a grubby car in front of you and hands you the tools to fix it up. Spray, sponge, sand and polish your way through the job, one section at a time. You can also fill the tank and patch up scratches before the final shine.

Every task is slow and gentle, with no timer pushing you. The only catch is thoroughness: a job counts as done once every dirty patch is covered, so a missed corner keeps the car from being finished.

How to play

• Rub or tap a dirty spot with your finger to clean it.
• Tap or drag to pick up the sprayer, sponge, sander or polish and work them over the body.
• Tap or drag the repair tool across a scratch to fix it.
• Cover every dirty patch to finish the cleaning task.
